I don’t think Bo is really Barry’s dog, in a traditional way. Bo seems to be a well trained dog, who can be interjected into photo ops, etc....but who is the dog’s “master”? I doubt its Barry, I doubt any member of the royal family are either. Probably an aide or even secret service member spends more time with Bo than anyone else, and is who the dog obeys and primarily responds to.
