Makes me nervous, too. Our daughter is supposed to fly, tomorrow.
I’m halfway tempted to call the freaking airline and demand a credit, and drive her myself. If the airlines aren’t going to protect our safety, then screw ‘em. TSA won’t let us fly, if they think we’re sick (and, I understand that), but these illegals get to fly and infect us all?

About how far is it?
To go from Texas to Los Angeles takes 7 hours by plane, taking into account driving to/from airport, getting there early for screening, and the flight itself.... if there aren’t any flight delays.
I drive; 8 hours is 1/3 the drive time, and nobody tells me what I can carry on and I don’t run the risk of getting some nasty bug ....
