It’s truly outrageous. The police had no probable cause to arrest this man. He was not selling or even in possession of untaxed cigarettes
on his person or in his car. Just because he was selling them illegally in the past did not mean that they could kill him on a whim when
they just happened to see him walking down the street.
He was executed because he literally couldn’t comply with their “hands behind your back” or “on your knees” commands. It is extremely
painful and difficult for a person that big to kneel. My heart bleeds for his family.
Well said, TOL. I was sickened by what happened to this man, and my heart goes out to his family. This should never have happened. Never.
At least the cop[s] went home safely. Kinda rough on the peon, but as the badge lickers say.....
