She almost crossed the line into criminal actions, but mainly this was a civil matter, so the cops must stand aside.

Almost? She committed assault and battery (her actions, and biting the repo man), she committed vandalism and destruction of property that wasn't hers. How did she not cross the line into criminal actions?

If the cop had arrested the thing, it would have lead to an unlawful repo and the bank would likely have had to return the car to that ABF. (Angry Black Female)

After the fact - there is nothing now that prevents the driver from filing charges against the she-beast. But at the time - the repo agency was better off not getting the law involved.

I’ve been in the repo business (banking side) for over 15 years. There’s a lot to know about self-help repossessions and how to be successful.

I didn’t watch the video or even read the full article, but I do suspect the driver made plenty of mistakes that resulted in this altercation.
