Wonder why they jumped his bones after ten years. Makes no sense when his neighbors support his activities.
I can see somebody having a problem with the guy just starting out doing what he’s doing, but to let it ride ten years, and then bust him is not right IMO.
I have a workshop in which I build all sorts of things, but then I’m out in the sticks with no HOA.
Maybe there’s a new HOA board and their lawyer advised them to shut this thing down to avoid future problems with other noxious odors. It’s only a matter of time before some dude from Pakistan moves in next door and holds a weekly goat roast on his front lawn.
If I had to guess, I'd say one of his super supportive neighbors got sick and tired of the racket and ratted him out.
