Well I-405 ( The San Diego Freeway) was Crawl and Stop all afternoon.
Now I know why. Took Me almost 5 and 1/2 hours to get from Sherman Oaks to San Marcos. usual 2 and 1/2 gets its done. I LOVE L.A.
