Don’t know if you remember the brief nationwide paper shortage in the late ‘60s or early ‘70s, but Tommy’s had no napkins or paper towels. You just used the thin slick paper they wrapped them in and tried not to drip chili on yourself.
Yes, but I did not go to Tommy’s at the time. Lived in Pomona and was not a regular.
