I would support it if we could pull the welfare rug out from under a lot of lazy asses but we know that will never happen.
I would support $15 min. wage if the welfare rug was pulled except for only the most extreme cases.
That makes no sense at all. How are a lot of unskilled former welfare recipients supposed to get jobs at $15 an hour? You don't just wake up one day and find yourself able to contribute more than $15/hour of added value to an employer.
