To: Forgotten Amendments

I am more inclined to believe that John Lennon had a King Solomon moment where he woke up and realized that money, prestige, things, etc. can’t buy happiness (or love). Sometimes it happens that when people find there is no fulfilment in earthly things, they turn to Christ who says that He will meet our every need.

If he was converted and started to change his thinking on life, it could lend credence to the belief of some that it was Yoko that arranged the hit by Mark David Chapman.

Well, I’d never heard the Yoko/assassination theory! But I DID read that he was a regular viewer of Pat Robertson’s in his last years.

I suspect he had the same issue that Mel Gibson has. And a musician friend of mine has. Sweetest, most intelligent guys in the world. But, liquor turns them into raving lunatics. I recently read that the other Beatles were happy that he got into heroin because it calmed him down. Before that, he was on LSD or booze and crazy half the time.
