Does anybody use their turn signal when changing lanes on 59?
Turning on your turn signal just causes the person in the other lane to speed up. How did this guy get singled out?

Hell I knew someone who was and I quote “Pulled over for driving TOO CAREFULLY!”
That's the rationale I've heard for never using a turn signal in NYC; the nearest driver will make a move to block you.
