That’s interesting, the last one on your list, he became widely known almost solely from that appearance at the DNC, I knew about 1-10 already,
I think this seventy year pattern in the interval below isn’t a timeline for something to happen soon after, but instead its a signature, a stamp or an insignia. As if to say this is who is in control or who owns it, its like a witness for anyone looking or how a license plate on a car might indicate who the driver is,

The First Temple was destroyed by the Babylonians. The Persians gave the Jews permission to return to Israel and begin rebuilding it.
