Same thing happened a few years on a ferry going from Vancouver Island BC to Prince Rupert. The woman took over the bridge put it on autopilot and went at it with one of the other workers.

Long story short, it hit a rock and sank killing 3 people. Women are bad luck on a ship.

All-female units, are IMNVHO, against at least the spirit of the Geneva Convention. They are far too mean.
