As a black conservative, I would think the response would be the same. If a person intentionally kills a person, that person is guilty of homicide. Now we just have to decide if it is manslaughter or murder.

But that's beside the point. Why do so many men of all races insist on getting themselves and each other killed with this stupid behavior, and what can we do to stop it?
