I wasn’t aware of this. I just got the idea, that JP thought he handled it “in house”. I can never know what is someone’s mind.

you’re the one saying something should be done to insure these kinds of things are no longer being committed... have you at least reported these people to the authorities? have you tracked them down? have you accosted them at their place of work?

the longer you do nothing, the more obvious it becomes you’re condoning their behavior by allowing the abuse to continue.

what? you demand action from an 80 yr old guy but when you’re asked to do the same, you balk?

interesting

When you can no longer argue the argument, switch tactics and attack the other person. Salinsky anyone?

no, I’m the one saying the 80 yr old employee told his boss and pushed to have the person removed from the facility

YOU’RE the one expecting him to go outside the law and take matters into his own hands

if you truly believe that, then you should do something about BFrank and GStudds (among others)... yet you haven’t.

you seem very righteous when asking others to do something that you yourself will not do.

that’s called being a hypocrit

“no, I’m the one saying the 80 yr old employee told his boss and pushed to have the person removed from the facility”

Only he didn’t push to have him removed. He didn’t even push to notify the authorities!

“YOU’RE the one expecting him to go outside the law and take matters into his own hands”

It is not against the law to report a crime.

“you seem very righteous when asking others to do something that you yourself will not do.”

If someone comes to me saying he saw a boy being raped, I would, unlike you, make sure that it is followed up in a proper manner.

and once it was reported, yet you see the person around the area the next week... what would you do then? attack him?

Reported to whom?

Obviously you can’t read. Or you are deliberately trying to misrepresent my post since you didn’t quote what you were responding to.

huh? the question was to YOU

someone told you that someone else has molested a kid. you did not see it and it is not happening at the moment (if you’re wondering, this is called hearsay)

assuming you reported it... what would YOU do the following week when that person was still free?

if you called the police, they would give you the same answer they always give... “we cannot comment on any investigations, active or otherwise”... so that’s pointless.

what would YOU do next?

Don’t assume anything. Please respond to my posts by quoting the section you are responding to. Thank you.

Why are you trying to dump all these hypotheticals on me and shift the conversation from JoePa to me?

“YOU’RE the one expecting him to go outside the law and take matters into his own hands”

I NEVER said that. I would sincerely appreciate it if you would not insinuate falsely about my posting.

address the question. what would YOU do?

1. you’re at work
2. a co-worker says he saw someone molesting a kid the day before
3. what would you do?

you seem to expect Joe to have done something you would not

That is not what happened with JoePa. Please stop with the hypotheticals and stick with the JoePa scenario which I have already responded to. This is not about me. It is about what JoePa did and didn’t do.

“you seem to expect Joe to have done something you would not”

JoePa when asked if he should have done more: “Yes”

JoePa when asked why he did not do more: “I had other things to do.”

you won’t respond with your reaction to the exact situation Joe was in.

you’re just on a witch hunt and want to bash the man without a care about logic, reason or the law.

check. got it.

yer an idiot.

“you won’t respond with your reaction to the exact situation Joe was in.”

I did. But you keep making up these hypotheticals which are not the exact situation.

Why are you fighting this? JoePa said he should have done more. Don’t you believe JoePa?
