all you have is innuendo and rumor....I can tell you that my father would always think the best of anyone, and would never even imagine such evil,and I think Paterno was the same kind of quietly religious person and that is why even if he did hear about Sandusky, he would give him the benefit of the doubt....

besides....why don't you gang up on all the football players over the decades that were coached by Paterno and Sandusky?....if Paterno was so bad, why haven't the hundreds and hundreds of players come out against him?....

if Sandusky's actions were common knowledge, why did all those players stay silent?...

you see, its easy to attack an old dead guy but go after hundreds and hundreds of football players?..naw....

He was told about JS in 2001. When this broke in the news his first public words were that we should give JS the benefit of the doubt. WTF. HE KNEW AND STILL PROTECTED JS!
