Well just saw this that Character Actor Ed Nelson passed away. Mr. Nelson is another icon from my youth that appeared mostly on TV and a few movies. He was certainly a prolific actor from the number of credits he had and very underrated. You will be missed. Certainly have had a number of good people and actors pass this week.

wow 63 years of marriage. What an example people such as he and his wife could be to today’s young people.

As my wife would point out, ‘That’s Number 3. They always die in threes.’

I was watching one of my Tombstone Territory DVDs the other way and recognized Ed Nelson. He shows up quite a bit in late 50's & early 60's shows. Good actor.

James Garner, Michael Johns of American Idol, Robin Williams, Arlene Martel, Lauren Bacall, and Ed Nelson. I’m almost afraid to log on anymore, wondering what celebrity has passed away now.

I'm on FR a good deal each day and I see people bitching about multiple postings and yet somehow I managed to miss any mention of Lauren Bacall dying. How much time do you have to spend on here before you even begin to notice multi posts?

very underated

Yes. He was one of those actors who always made the movie or TV show a bit better.
