There is a huge difference. Blacks being in a White section of town is nothing, nothing happens unless there has been some sort of disagreement between groups.
Let a couple of White kids get mistakenly let off the bus/train/etc. and the likely outcome is rape, murder, assault and about any thing else a gang of criminals does.
If I’m walking down the sidewalk and 4-5 black teens are heading my way, I don’t even think about it, I cross the street. I don’t care who you are, ya better do the same. Am I paranoid or avoiding a situation that could get out of control?
I don’t know, I just do it. I really try to stay out of those areas but if I can’t I try to make it about 9 Am and then scoot.
