Nope. The exact opposite. Brown’s head was dropping as he continued to charge, causing the bullet to the right eye to exit the jaw and hit the chest, and the bullet to the forehead to enter as though from above.
Notice in the picture above there are NO rear entry wounds and the ones in the front are absolutely consistent with the cop’s story.

Well, you know, he could have been running away, but bumped into his skinny little accomplice, then bounced back, falling, arms up.
That could account for the frontal arm shots, and what you "mistook" for the head-down charging position, was really just the head's attitude falling back. That's how the bullets entered from the top... /sarc

I should clarify, I was not suggesting that there WAS evidence that he was surrendering, I was commenting on the question: “What else do we need to get them to arrest the killer of my child?”
