It doesn’t work like that. Sports betting is not a simple matter of “pick a team, and double your money if you win”. If a team is favored, you get less than double, significantly less if they are heavy favorites.

And bookies adjust the spreads if the action goes too far one way. In the long run, they always make money. It’s the second oldest profession.

nonsense...odds change and the bookies bet accordingly' I believe that he bet on his team to win every time, and the oddsmakers know exactly how to handle that.
