Moderate shaker felt in East Bay 3 min ago.
Showing as a 6.0 now on USGS! Felt like more of a wave type than a side-to-side.

Woke up in Gold River 15 miles east of Sacramento, hearing a standing lamp give a slight rattle. Pretty sensitive earthquake detector! Cats were up and wondering what happened ...
Just got one of those alerts....... that was quick. I’m in Bakersfield. Didn’t feel a thing.

Woke us up, violent shaking. The ceiling light flickered when I tried to turn it on, will have to check that out. That was a strong one. Reported it to USGS, they show it as a 6.0 so far.
It sure woke me up! Im In San Anselmo in Central Marin County.

Shook our apt. in Santa Rosa for half a minute. Sort of scary not knowing when it was going to stop or if it’s getting worse. Not bad enough to set off car alarms here. No services interrupted. We now resume our normal programming...
