I’ve sat near him at quite few hockey games. He looks scary but is pretty nice.
He has a handicapped son he spends a lot of time with.

I read a book about Neil years ago where the author painted him as brilliant, but very difficult. It was said that Pegi was one of only a handful of people who could deal with him long term. I don't know what happened between them, but maybe trying to live with him finally wore her down??
Another thing: Although Pegi was a waitress when they met, she actually came from a well-to-do family.

He was a Reagan backer back in the 80s because of his policy on research regarding his 2 sons’ (one from another woman) disability. Cerebral palsy? Apparently the odds of one man siring two children from two women having the same disability was astronomical. ( I could be wrong about the condition).
