That’s plain wrong. My friends have been in NC for generations - they employed tenant farmers all the way back to the beginning of the century. When they threw a party it was delightful to see some of the older invitees begin to jig to fiddle music and we shared some White Lightning which put my lights out. Their kids, on the other hand, spent the entire night getting drunk and riding around crashing a golf cart and smoking pot on the front porch. All native born North Carolinians. My friends are wonderful people even if their kids are kind of weird.
Yes. Having so many NY and NJ people migrate to NC and declare where they came from was better...is just wrong.
