Rhode Island doesn’t have a sales tax on yachts, business it is there main business - Rhode Island has more boat builders per capita than most states. Every town on the shore has at least a marina.

What if Kerry’s due diligence on this horrific WMD does not sway the UN Member Nations to approve a Binding UN Treaty to shame the leaders of Russia, China, India and ISIS into complying with this WMD Treaty?!
