When you pay a lot of money for a service you expect high quality. These private schools are not cheap. If I was her I’d demand better as well. Private schools are suppose to be better than public but even in my area some are lagging behind in quality and service when it comes to the students they serve.
I agree. All the more reason for her to take care of her business.
If I was her Id demand better as well.
I would too - provided that I was in the right. And I would do it eye to eye - not over the Internet. She took a miscommunication over a school event and ratcheted it up in a very public way that could cause damage to the schools reputation.
This school has a monthly payment system so she’s out some money but not the full year tuition. Kind of douche-y that they don’t give refunds (it’s in the handbook she was supposed to read) but it is listed there.
Tagging someone or something on Facebook, as she apparently did, notifies the tag-ee that he/she/it has been tagged. So basically her thoughts went to the whole world.
As someone who has been a student and parent who sends kids to private school, I can tell you that the kid was going to get kicked out for her antics. And, based on her post, I’m guessing this isn’t her first run-in with the school.
What reason is there to think the school wasn't providing a high quality service? All we know is that she missed the week's notice to have her kid ready for picture day, and got her kid to school late on said picture day. It sounds like she doesn't pay attention, doesn't take responsibility for herself as a parent, and then wants to get mad and blame someone else when she faces the consequences for her poor decision making.
The idiot sounds like a perfect Obama voter.
