found a picture from a article from the 1950’s of a teacher teaching children how to handle guns safely...she was using a rifle and one of the boys in class was handling it safely....times do change, Children should be taught as soon as they are capable of understanding, how to handle guns and you didn’t need to get permission from the government back then....looked about 5th grade..
