I doubt if they can block votes from FR. FR is a little
drop in the bucket as far as the number of conservatives
go. I tried voting four times and it didn’t change
weather I voted Yes or No. I don’t think they blocked any
votes. They saw it wasn’t going their way so they closed
it.
