No, Williamson County. A 22 year old was drunk, crashed his car and banged on a homeowner’s door at 3:00 a.m. and the homeowner shot the 22 year old in his front yard.
Homeowner was found guilty and sentenced to prison in 2013.

My late husband and I used to joke about our “four-tier defense system”; we had four dogs, two of them were not friendly and liked to bite.
Two slept on either side of our bed, one slept in the hall, and our Siberian husky (she looked like a blue-eyed timber wolf) slept in the living room.
We didn’t have any problems, by the grace of God.
