The guy is referred to as an ‘offender,’ and she is called a ‘rape survivor.’ Yet from the sounds of it, the legal system has found the guy not guilty. If she said yes, and took full part in the act, but then regretted it a couple days later, its not rape. If a rape was committed, or even a strong suspicion of a rape being committed, the guy would have been thrown out of school. Sounds like a nonsense case to me, but this is what comes of the filthy, anything-goes sex-culture that has come to dominate most US colleges.

No. The legal system never found him not guilty. The school found him not guilty. They're not going to give up $40 a year tuition.

The comments here are pathetic. They assume the woman is lying or she was somehow responsible for being raped.
