see my #14. Basically, she waited a while to make the allegation, and the cops and the school didn’t find adequate merit in her charges.

Can’t.

The way this works is that this is a college concern. Colleges and universities have their own police force. Even if the alledged rape happened off campus, the city cops dump it down to the campus cops.

Campus cops investigate and determine no rape actually occured, and case closed.

Some may try and get the County DA to press charges, but since the campus cops closed ther books, then....

Nothing happens.
