Morning, Bob. We had to put a new battery in the purple car last night. Fortunately, Auto Zone is open until 10:00 p.m.
Back in the day, we used to mark the battery with its installation date. I think they still put those punch-out stickers on the batteries, but we’re too lazy to use them.
It’s like the cornerstone of a building, especially if it’s engraved with a Roman numeral. Who knows such arcane lore?
