Between the kidneys and the stomach, I had to give up and go to bed. Too much stress.
My BP was 177/78, but after a short nap and a few rounds of Solitaire, it’s down to 144/41, lying down.
My stomach feels better and I’m losing water, so I’m optimistic.
That sounds much better.
