There seems to be a way I can do the title transfer and registration by mail. I need to read more at the state’s license plate website. Unnngh.
We can do the title and registration online, but only renewals; we have to show up the first time. That’s the same way with our driver’s licenses.
I know a cat would help my BP, but the office doesn’t recognize that. Otherwise, I would already have one. It IS a medical thing, but I think I’ll research it. I may decide against Merlin, in the meantime.
