I can, but the pots have a tendency to become Science Projects. I don’t have a lot of pots and pans because I live alone. The stuff in my pan cupboard is minimal, at best.
I put new stuff in the fridge and the older stuff goes to the back...little by little, it ferments and becomes something from a Sci-Fi movie. And then it goes into the Dumpster for further deliberations...
You’ll recall my adventures with fermented tomato and carrot soup. So it’s quietly gurgling to itself ... no problem!
It helps if you can eat the same thing at every meal for several days!
