I don’t recall ever hearing anyone say I wish my cell phone was bulkier and harder to hold and carry with me.

Despite being in IT, I don't have nor want a smartphone. I don't text much so personally, I'd love to have a much smaller phone that was just a phone.

Recently, I took the SIM out of the phone my company gave me and popped it into my old Razr V3 (which you can pick up for about $20 on ebay these days). The display's a little hard to read in bright light, but it slips easily into my pocket and does more than I need.

Would love a phone that was maybe as big as a credit card and just a few cards thick... If it would fit in my wallet, I'd like it even more.

Maybe, now that Steve Jobs is gone. If so, they’ve still had more original ideas, especially of the type that end users notice, than Samsung and a few other phone/electronics companies have had, put together.

I’m not really a big fan of Apple, but it can hardly be denied that they’ve put way more thought, for years now, into how people actually use technology, than any other computer/phone/electronics company.
