A few years ago a guy in a residential area of the Upper East Side of Manhattan came up to me and,in a threatening tone, said “why are you taking pictures of me?” I told him I was taking photos of the famous brownstone in front of which he was standing. It was 11AM but I was still scared.

Was it this guy?

That guy Anthony Cumio of the radio show Opie and Anthony was taking photos of Times square when this black woman came up to him and attacked him, punched him out accused him of taking photos of her and when he got home he cursed her out in Twitter and he got fired. More of the same. Black attacks white, white gets punished. Liberals accused him of posting “racist comments on Twitter” but he didn’t, he called her a pig and a savage which is exactly what she was.

A few years ago I was living temporarily in an apartment in a pretty rough part of town. When I parked the car, I noticed there was a really pretty sunset. My wife loves those, so I took a few pictures, then went inside.

A few minutes there was a knock on the door, with a belligerent young black guy demanding to know why I was taking pictures of him. Apparently he’d been across the street below the sunset, though I hadn’t even noticed him.

I told him what I’d been doing. To his credit he calmed down real quick and was even a little sheepish about his over-reaction.
