I think I’d be talking to the neighbor’s husband.

“He was in the neighborhood last night. Husband didn’t like it. Told him to go away.” Lexus in Walmart parking lot. “he” in Lexus trunk. Moral of story. If you want to be noticed, don’t park a Lexus in a Walmart Parking lot.

The strangest thing about this is that a woman driving a lexus is shopping at Walmart.

Lieutenant Columbo would clear this up in less than an hour, with time out for commercial breaks.

At first I thought it was a separate car from the woman’s. At the conclusion I thought it was the woman’s own car. You don’t suppose the dude is a looney tune who got in the trunk of her car and shot himself?

Poorly written they only teach Marxism in journalism schools, of late. English and its usage is an elective.

My supposition is that he was bird dogging up the wrong tree.

Who has their groceries carried out to their car at Walmart? Looks like a setup to get someone else to look in the trunk, then feign surprise.

It was an old Lexus. I think the last year for the GS300 was 2004 or 2005

Ewww ... my brother in law used to work at that Walmart, and we would stay overnight in the parking lot in our motorhome when visiting him. It’s a popular overnight spot for RVs and semi trucks because it’s easy on/off from the 91 freeway, it’s free, the parking lot has all night patrol, and there’s a McDonald’s in the parking lot as well.

Oops, my bad. I misread the phrase “shopper went to put bags in her car” as a worker . . . .
To: Straight Vermonter
Strange? I suspect most peoples driving a Lexus can not afford one.

I wonder if he was a stalker and hid in her trunk in order to follow her somewhere, and was then overcome by the heat and passed out and died. Weirder things have happened.
