Based on what I read there, according to the law there, if someone is caught dealing drugs in a regional mall, the state can confiscate the entire mall and never press charges against the owners.
Seems kinda, I dunno, old USSR...
Is this only PA? Seems it’s a case that’s appropriate to SCOTUS.
