I had to go back and re-read the article because I had to shake my head and say what?
They have to start and a new food bank because some cannot read labels in English? Do I have that right?
How much would it cost to put a sign up in their language that says Pork?
Something shy of $150,000? Something smells and its not pork!
I volunteer at our local food shelf, and I estimate that at least 40-50% of the people coming in are Muslims.
They come in also for their kids’ school supplies. Then they come in for the toys at Christmas, and they are not Christians.
I am getting a bit tired of all this expectation that they have of free handouts, and then they demand we accommodate their needs. They should develop their own food shelf, IMHO.
What’s next? If they can’t read the road signs, we have to build a new road?

is it not child abuse to not feed your child all day, and yet these people do this for a month?
I grew up in that kind of family. Weakness or difference was only going to make you a target of harassment and you better learn to give it back.
I used to harass the hell out of my friend in a wheelchair and I was pretty ruthless with some deaf friends too.

I agree, odd for a mostly arid to semi arid kind of peoples to end up around so many lakes and farms,, and loose welfare networks. Kind of like Detroit and nearby IslamaLand Uhhh Dearborn..
