By the way, I think this was entrapment by the actress and her boyfriend.. A stunt for Hollywood to play up, and the Democrat party too, ahead of the November election. It all seems staged to me. Not by the cop, but by the couple.
Cops really have no cause to “card” you unless they have reasonable suspicion that you committed a crime. That’s not the case here, obviously, but they do abuse that power way too often, just on fishing expeditions.
Wrong, there was a complaint about sex in public given by witnesses who called 911 and in that case the officer has the right to know who he was dealing with.
That is the law basically.

Actually, black cops are worse in this universe. “Black cop showing up for the white cop”, as the late Eazy-E rapped.

I want to hear the called in complaints to shed more light on the subject...dd they call 911 or just dispatch and what exactly did they say? public records act request needed.

well that’s what they were reported to have been doing, but anyone can anonymously make a complaint, doesn’t mean its true. wouldn’t it be nice if a video surfaced?

There was a 911 call about two people having sex in the front seat of a car with the door open.
911 call thought this was a hooker doing business.
it was reported call but didn’t say it was 911 call..ordinary crimes are usually reported to non emergency line hearing the actual call or calls that came into pd as well as dispatch call to units could shed more light on the situation
I read it. There is no evidence of sexual acts. There is an “accusation” of “lewd acts”. No where does it confirm, by the police, that they were having sex.
I think he looks like Hannity with better hair.
