Grace, your point #5, is a good start, and I believe we should go further...

“5. Chewable or liquid vitamins. Reason: Due to nutrient loss keeping vitamin levels up may be a helpful thing to do to boost your immune system as it attempts to fight off this horrible disease. Not sure if with the nausea if gummy vitamins would work or not. Since the internal organs (meaning digestive tract) may be bleeding internally not sure if a regular (bed pan bullet) type vitamin would even be absorbed I have reasoned that chewable vitamins or liquid vitamins would be best in terms of vitamins. For extra doses of vitamin C maybe consider eating cans of frozen Orange Juice Concentrate, but I have concerns about the increased acidity. I think having immune boosting vitamins such a A, C, E and Vitamin D3 would be a very good idea just in case.”

We need to be proactive, not just reactive...

To build up the immune system (before exposure to Ebola) go heavy on A, C, E, D3, Selenium and Alpha Lipoic Acid. Start now...protect yourself against all the viral and bacterial attacks waiting to happen.

D3, for instance, I think we need 10,000 units a day. Vitamin A (not just beta carotene) 25,000 units a day. Selenium 200 mcg a day and Alpha Lipoic Acid 300 mg a day. Vitamin E 400 to 1200 iu per day, and not all from alpha tocopherol...there is gamma tocopherol, the tocotrienols. All of these things work synergistically.

A few doctors are in the know and are sure that high doses of vitamin C, as in Intravenous C, will stop/cure Ebola if started early. Ebola depletes the body’s vitamin C. Ebola and other hemorrhagic fevers create an acute form of scurvy. Vitamin C prevents/cures scurvy.

We make our own liposomal vitamin C here at home, and this allows us to take high doses internally without causing diarrhea.

I think the ‘elites’ want Ebola to make significant reductions in the population of this country and the others around the world. I believe we can foil their plans/wishful thinking.

Comments welcome...

Using an Ultrasonic Cleaner to make Liposomal Vitamin C

2.5 Liter Ultrasonic Cleaner
Chicago Electric Power Tools – item #95563
From Harbor Freight Tools
http://www.harborfreight.com/25-liter-ultrasonic-cleaner-95563.html

RECIPE

Distilled Water 5 Cups
Granular Soy Lecithin 1 Cup (100 grams) added to the water, completely dissolve

Distilled Water 2.5 Cups
Sodium Ascorbate 5 Tbls (level) (85 grams) – Add to water, completely dissolve

Sources

Granular Soy Lecithin (Non-GMO)

Sodium Ascorbate
http://www.supersup.com/nutribiotic-sodium-ascorbate-2-2-lbs-powder-728177004521

Mixing Instructions

1. In a 2 qt canning jar or mixing jar with tight fitting lid pour 5 cups of distilled water. Add 1 Cup of granular soy lecithin and agitate vigorously, repeating as necessary to allow the lecithin granules to soak up all the water.

Note: If you do not have a 2 qt canning jar, use 2 – 1 qt jars with tight fitting lids and put 2 1/2 Cups water in each, along with 1/2 Cup granular soy lecithin in each.

Note: Mix the lecithin/water at room temperature During the soaking period vigorously agitate the mixture from time to time. At the conclusion there should be no lecithin granules visible. Allow several hours for the lecithin to completely absorb the water. Set this smooth lecithin/water mixture aside.

2. In a 1 qt mixing or canning jar pour 2.5 cups of cold (room temperature) distilled water, dissolve 5 level tablespoons (85 grams) of Sodium Ascorbate. Make sure it is totally dissolved, very important!

3. Pour the Sodium Ascorbate solution into the Ultrasonic Cleaner.

4. Turn on the Ultrasonic Cleaner and slowly add the Lecithin solution to the Sodium Ascorbate solution in the Ultrasonic Cleaner bowl and stir the contents together. Stir with a plastic straw while doing this.
Note: The Cleaner has a button that will turn on heat. DO NOT use this feature. Heat in excess of 46 OC (115 OF) will make Vitamin C ineffective. Set the time on the Cleaner for 480 sec. Continue stirring with the plastic straw (leaving the top of the cleaner opened), gently, slowly, stirring the contents. When starting the mixing with the lecithin/water at approximately room temperature, it won’t get too hot.

Note: The cleaner will, automatically, self-stop after 480 seconds (8 minutes). Reset the time to 480 seconds and push the ON button to continue. Repeat for a total of 5 or 6 series (40 to 48 minutes). The entire solution should be blended into a cloudy, homogeneous, milk-like mixture. The Liposomal C solution is now well formed.

Note: It is not necessary to continue stirring with the plastic straw for the 40 to 48 minutes. Heat is generated during mixing. If you use the lid, monitor the temperature. The temp will rise more during the mixing operation if the lid is on the unit.

Refrigerate the Liposomal Vitamin C after making it.

This batch makes about a 5 day supply of liposomal C for two adults.

If you used approx 1/2 Cup of Encapsulated Vitamin C Ascorbate 4 times per day. This will give you a daily dose equal in effectiveness to 150 grams (150,000 mg) of intravenous Vitamin C. Doctors using intravenous vitamin C (IV-C) will normally do IV-C twice a week. You will do this daily.

Vitamin C mega-dosing continues to unleash healing miracles around the world...

(NaturalNews) Remember the story of Alan Smith from New Zealand, and his dramatic recovery from a coma with mega-dose vitamin C? That story went viral and was featured in the New Zealand version of “60 Minutes.” But some sources didn’t have it quite right. The mega-dose vitamin C was not by IV for the last two weeks. They were through a uniquely new oral C product.

Alan pulled out of his coma from white-out pneumonia (lungs whited out in X-rays) and complications with leukemia. He had been on life support, and doctors were threatening to turn it off and let him die when his family intervened. They went through a series of sagas and legal hassles to get the hospital to administer IV C.

The doctors complied at first, and there was enough improvement to convince the hospital staff not to pull the plug on his life support as they had threatened. But the hospital felt they knew better and stopped the IV C. Alan’s condition worsened. After legal intervention, they continued at only two grams IV C daily instead of the 50 grams daily before. Alan’s condition went into a critical limbo.

Alan Smith only began to improve after taking Lypo-Spheric packets.

You can view the first segment of the 60 Minutes Alan Smiths story here ( http://www.3news.co.nz/Living-Proof-Vitamin-C-—Miracle-Cure/tabid/371/articleID/171328/Default.aspx ) .
So how did six grams per day of a special vitamin C oral compound manage to do the work of 50 to 100 grams of IV C daily?

The mechanics of liposomal encapsulated vitamin C
Cardiologist and orthomolecular specialist Dr. Thomas Levy, MD discovered exactly why the clinical results of this type of oral C could match the efficacy of many times as much vitamin C by IV.

Dr. Levy was skeptical at first. He has treated thousands of patients with IV-C and is seriously involved with orthomolecular (high dose vitamin treatment) medicine. He couldn’t believe what was happening with this oral C compound’s ability to match or surpass clinical results with much higher doses of IV-C. He described liposomal C as 10 times more effective than IV-C. As an example, he has shown that 5 grams of Vitamin C which has been encased by liposomes is equal to 50 grams of Vitamin C that has been given intravenously! Liposomes can more easily assault and penetrate many forms of infective biofilms resulting in a very effective delivery system against these pathological forms.

He came to realize that the combination of vitamin C and essential phospholipids radically improved cellular bioavailability. Less than 20 percent of IV C gets into cells. But the Lypo-Spheric compound permits 90 percent of the C to get into cells. That’s because cell walls are made of fats. Vitamin C is water soluble.

Tiny particles of vitamin C coated with phospholipids create molecules of vitamin C coated with a substance similar to the cell walls. Thus those coated vitamin C molecules can slip into the cells easily. The encapsulation also avoids diarrhea thresholds of normal oral C.

Though not nearly as expensive and much more accessible than IV C treatments, the product might not fit long term use on a low budget. So make your own! The homemade version, as described on the first page, might be slightly less than 90 percent bio-available to your cells.

Dr Levy says, “Cure is by far the best word there is in medicine. It would seem that you cannot spell ‘cure’ without ‘C’ (as in Vitamin C).” I do not think Dr. Klenner would dispute that. And there is no doubt whatsoever that Dr. Klenner would wholeheartedly approve of Dr. Levy stating this.

“The three most important considerations in effective vitamin C therapy are dose, dose, dose. If you don’t take enough, you won’t get the desired effects. Period!”
