That area, Broomfield, etc. on North I-25 is growing too fast, too much traffic and people. The Denver urban sprawl is reaching all the way north to Hwy 52 now.
Home values in Weld County have soared in the past year, people who bought houses at $250-260K are now selling them for $360K+!!
There also great opportunities in the front range areas now, just up the first set of hills.
