He’s correct to a point, but even the leftists aren’t putting the guns in their hands and forcing them to pull the trigger. Do they ever bear any culpability for their actions themselves, and if not, how does that qualify them to be fully equal members of society?
The lack of culpability is part of the problems he is (correctly) blaming on the ‘Fedzilla welfare crack program’.

No, but welfare removed fathers from black families and those single mothers can’t control their young black male offspring.

The left has lead them to believe welfare is a another right and not a charity supplied by the hard working taxpayer. They have been denied the satisfaction of earning and accomplishing their own way. They don’t control welfare, it controls them. They are clueless as to how welfare controls their lives, only that it isn’t enough to satisfy them. They are not grateful, but rejoice in screwing the taxpayers.
The left has lead them to believe they should have additional rights that others do not because of their race and past historical events, and even now are still being denied those rights. They deny the other races have experienced or overcome any real hardship, and then wonder why they are disrespected by those races.
The left has lead them to believe the accomplishments of other races has been denied them due to their lack of opportunity. Given equal opportunities, many have not taken advantage of such and remain uneducated and jobless.
All to say, as reality strikes they realize they have others to blame but themselves, they lash out at each other and society in violent ways, perhaps in frustration.
The left wants to keep them down and voting democratic. Wake up folks it ain’t ever going to change until they deny the democrats and accept personal responsibility for their condition.
