I got about a third of the Christmas things put away, and the rest are either ready to go or awaiting disposition. I was slowed down a lot by chest pains today, and will have yet another breathing treatment before I go to bed, and maybe one after.
I’m sure it’s stress, and the addition of going out in the cold wind without a mask on. I have to get more of those on payday, as I’m learning the hard way that wind and my lungs don’t mix. The angina pain is from water retention, and now that I know that, I try to balance the sodium and potassium to make it easier to get rid of the water. The jury is still out on all of this, of course.

Aaaarrrrrgggghhhhh!!!
Guitar players are impossible.
(I got chord charts from the guitarperson I’m playing along with next Sun. night. There’s a chord. And a note that says ‘capo 4’ then another chord alongside the first - over the same word - and then a note toward the bottom of the page that says ‘capo 1’...)
Now if there was some consistent pattern, I could figure out whether that (e.g.) ‘C’ chord was really sounding as an ‘E’ or as a ‘C#’. Or I mean ‘Db’. Only guitarists play in the key of ‘C#’. Or pianists who have been to Julliard, but then they’d just transpose it in their head. Common hacker keyboard players play that in ‘Db’ and need it in front of them.. ;-)
There are other inconsistencies with it also, so I sent an email asking for clarification. Starting with where they are sticking that capo. And are they playing the typed chord or the penned in blue ink chord... (and no, the penned in blue ink chord is not the typed chord capoed up two steps.)
I’m sure it makes sense to them, but you can’t capo a keyboard. (Yes, I can transpose it, but it would be nice to know where to transpose it to..)
In the meantime, I’m outa here for the night.

There are guitar players on FR, who may be able to help.
Although i sense that was more of a safety valve lifting than a bellow for help. :)
