How do you imprison a hammer?

He will die if they place him in general population. He raped and killed his own Mom.
The inmates are at this very moment plotting his demise. Nobody does that to Mother.

I hope you’re right, Max.

I wonder what it was that made them decide against the death penalty??

He admitted it.
He sat there through the trial surly, arrogant and unremorseful.
This doesn’t sound like Texas at all.

This is disturbing. Poor lady.

You can never know what’s going on in someone’s mind.

One has to wonder: Are people born monsters? Or did something (maybe something on the internet) corrupt this now-18-year-old’s young mind?

From all accounts, this man’s family was loving and supportive. He had a mother who worked two jobs to raise him and his sister.
I think some are just born monsters.

Frightening to think there are people running loose on the streets like this. We come into contact with them and never know.

I’m guessing he was a minor at the time of the crime. He was tried as an adult but could not be sentenced to death. That’s the law in Kansas.

He still should be executed- minor or no. He sat there through the trial surly, arrogant and unremorseful.
He even grinned and waved at the jurors when they left the room.
