No, another passenger accused the pilot of being drunk. Hence the sobriety test. This woman merely tweeted about the facts of what was happening...flight delayed for the test. Read the article indeed.

Perhaps you should read the article more closely. It specifically says "another passenger" accused the pilot of being intoxicated and prompting the breathalyzer. This woman was merely tweeting what she was watching going on around her.
