I am feeling BS on the NINE abortion claim. Why? Well 70 plus years ago, I don’t think even doctors who treated the upper class (like Francis Finda) were so skilled that multiple D&Cs (w/o surgical implements and antibiotics that are available today) would result in a woman who could eventually carry 2 full term pregnancies. Medically, this claim, given the time frame and standards of the day, could have happened.
I think Jane is playing the “liberal cred” card (along with the “look at me! I’m still relevant” card as well).
I read that Marilyn Monroe had about that many if not more. Other movie stars of her time did the same. Sometimes it was called a “D&C” sometimes they went to Tijuana, Mexico where it was legal.
