Why is a man in a clown suite carrying balloons...creepy?
I see it every couple of yearfs and I don't get the "creepy" part.
For some reason it taps into something that some people instinctively feel is just wrong.
Suit? No problem.
Big red nose? No problem.
The white face with designs? Creepy.
