In most states corporal punishment is legal as long as you don’t leave marks. This four year old was ripped up by a big powerful professional football player. Criminal.

The fix of government interference is a thousand times more dangerous than not doing anything.

There is a great deal of circumstantial evidence backing up my assertion, and at the same time pointing out the danger of your position.

I point to the millions who died during the last century at the hands of governments who knew better than the populace how they should live.

The guy is a product of his environment. Which means he’s mostly just ignorant of how to act. A more prudent outcome would be be to force the guy into parenting and anger management classes, probation, a fine or whatever and supervised visits with his kids until he shows behavior modification. I don’t think his whole world and career needs to end. He’s probably not an evil guy.

Additionally condom useage lessons might help too.
