They are also very public places, and there are almost always several people - at least - in there at the same time. How could you remove a body from a restroom in a crowded stadium without being seen? It is laughable. There are always dozens of people out on the concourse at any time during the game.

I have already said that he could have been led out of the stadium through intimidation/threat. I definitely did not say that he was killed in the restroom, or did I?. I shall refrain from commenting on your ‘laughable’ comment. ;-)
