You are wanting to charge Lena Dunham for what she did when she was about 7 years old. The article said the sister was about 1 at the time, if she told the truth in her book, and she is 6 years older than her sister Grace.
So that would be about 21 years ago. Good luck finding reliable evidence and witnesses in this case, since the book isn’t reliable - a bunch of it is crap and she admits she is an unreliable narrator (liar) and I doubt the younger sister remembers anything or would testify against her sister.
Yes, I totally agree with you that it is sick and twisted and disgusting, even if its a lie. But I don’t think there is any legal recourse.
Actually Manson was a minor when he started committing crimes. He was put in juvenile detention.
I guess privileged rich brats can get away with sick twisted behavior that is in fact a crime.
The kind of mind that sexualizes a sister when they are seven is sick. That same sick mental case is now an adult. An adult who was never taught right from wrong as a child.
